We recommend using a key lock box as a secure and convenient way to give your detailer access to your vehicle if you will not be available. If you have any entry or alarm instructions, you may add this to your booking notes or email/call us so we can add this to your notes.

On the day of service our detailing pro will review your needs and offer recommendations. You can upgrade your package or add extras, if desired.
Waxing your vehicle gives it intense shine and protects it from the sun and weather, helps reduce scratching and swirl marks, makes it easier to remove bugs, sap and other contaminants, reduces hard water spotting; and best of all, waxing makes it easier to get your car spotless after a wash! Did you know that even new cars need wax? We recommend waxing your vehicle every 6 months.
Clay treatment, also known as “detailing clay”, is a compound applied to the surface of the exterior vehicle paint that smooths out the surface. You can think of a clay treatment as an exfoliate for your vehicle. Soil particles stick to the clay pad and are therefore removed from your vehicle. Detailing clay is nonabrasive and is a much better alternative than polishing to remove these contaminants because clay doesn’t remove any paint. Since clay will make your paint vulnerable, including a quality wax is essential to protect the exterior.

Regularly washing and detailing your vehicle go a long way toward maintaining that “new car” look- making it more attractive and pleasant to drive. Washing will maintain your vehicle’s cleanliness; but detailing will protect it and rejuvenate your vehicle to its original condition (or better!) by meticulously addressing its intricate needs. We recommend washing your car every 3-4 weeks and detailing every 3-6 months to keep it in top shape. Once you detail your car it is much easier to maintain the shine inside and out without subsequent deep cleanings.

Recurring Cleaning Yes Detail offers weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning at a discounted rate. These cleanings are automatically scheduled on the same day and time based on the interval you select. We send a reminder email and text message to let you know of upcoming cleanings and at any time you can log into your account to skip or reschedule service. One-time Cleaning You can schedule one-time cleanings at any time. Please note that discounts are available for recurring cleanings only (and with recurring cleaning you benefit from convenient recurring service with the same cleaning professional).

Life happens! We understand and will do our best to accommodate your schedule. You can cancel your booking by contacting us here or by logging into your account. Please note that there is a $70 fee if cancellation is made after 5pm on the day before service. If the weather is bad the day of your appointment OR you need to change your appointment you won’t be charged a cancellation fees as long as you reschedule.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel service for any reason. Reasons may include: Detailing professionals feeling threatened, unsafe, or uncomfortable for any reason. Detailing professionals not able to complete request within maximum time limit set. Condition of vehicle is not as described by client. Job requested is not as described by client
All of our detailing pros are highly qualified and we stand behind our work! We strive to not only meet but exceed your expectations on every detail! Our #1 priority is to ensure each and every detail is done correctly and every customer walks away with a smile. We encourage you to be present at the completion of your detail and to look over the vehicle with your detailing pro to ensure that you’re 100% satisfied. If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We will send a detailing pro out to make it right (within a 7 day window).
We’re used to working in bad weather, but if the weather is particularly bad the morning of your appointment and you’re having an exterior service done, we can reschedule for a better day. If you’re only having an interior service performed, we can usually still do the detail. We have special techniques, products and equipment that help us combat cold weather. In the event that it is prohibitively cold for a mobile detail, we will simply reschedule for a warmer day.
Since we don’t see your vehicle before we come to do the detail we can’t determine all of the services you will need on the day of service. Things such as pet hair, mold, mildew and abnormally conditions are subject to a possible additional fee. If this is the case our detailing pro will discuss the additional charges with you before starting the detail.
For security purposes, all transactions must be completed online or via our mobile app. However, cash tips are accepted and appreciated
Yes, child car seat cleaning is an extra service that can be added at the time of booking or on the day of service
Services can be ordered for multiple vehicles to streamline the process. Place an order for each vehicle separately on the booking page and provide a note to let us know that you would like the services to be bundled.
We only accept credit/debit card payment for service, however your card is not charged until after service is completed. Please note that on the day before service a pre-authorization hold is made to your card. This is just a hold even though some banks may show this as a charge. The final charge takes place after your service is completed.
Yes Detail pros are equipped with safe, family friendly supplies and equipment at no extra charge to you. Please let us know if you would like to provide your own special supplies by adding a note to your account after you book.
Our hours of operations are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our last scheduled service starts at 4:30 pm.
Our 2-hour window allows us to handle the unpredictability of cleaning services. Vehicles come in all different sizes and require varying levels of effort when cleaning; so predicting the time a detail will take is incredibly difficult. In addition, there are other unpredictable factors like traffic, weather, etc. for us to handle. On the morning of your appointment you can request an ETA via your confirmation and/or reminder email. The detailing pro will get in touch with you as soon as possible with an updated ETA for your detail.

If you have booked a cleaning based on an arrival window (8:30 to 10:30 for example), this denotes that your detailing pro can be there anytime during this period. We will reach out to you if there are any major issues. If you prefer, you can contact us here to check on your service.
Yes Detail pros are independent contractors who are insured in the event that anything goes wrong during service. If there is damage done to a vehicle by a detailing pro, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the detailing pro immediately of the damage following the service. Once the detailing pro leaves the premises and you opt not to inspect the vehicle, all rights to file a liability claim are waived. Should you follow these guidelines, you are responsible for negotiating and exchanging insurance information. YES DETAIL IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LIABILITY, LOST PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USAGE OF OUR PLATFORM. Yes Detail is not responsible for any belongings that may be lost or otherwise disposed of while performing services on your vehicle. We strongly recommend that each customer remove any belongings considered to be of value prior to service.
We use a third-party payment gateway known similar to Stripe. It is important for you to know that your payment information NEVER reaches the Yes Detail system and all information is stored using the most secure payment gateway system in the industry
